The 2022 Mid-Winter Conference will be held at the Oglebay Resort, 465 Lodge Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003.
We will invite the top 3 Voice of Democracy and Patriot's Pen winners and announce the winner at the banquet Saturday evening. We will also recognize our Teacher of the Year.
